Not every guest wants to be photographed or filmed at an event, and thatβs completely understandable π»
Whether itβs for privacy, safety or personal preference, making guests feel comfortable should always be part of the event experience.
If full event-wide filming permission and signage isnβt possible, there are still simple ways to help accommodate these preferences thoughtfully and clearly.
For example:
β¨ Seating guests towards the back of the room where possible
β¨ Using coloured badges or lanyards to discreetly identify guests who would prefer not to appear on camera
