Running an event and don’t know where to start?

Be it overall logistics, delegate registration, agenda design, transport, creative ideas, production, theming or table plans: if you need that extra pair of hands to get it done, just pick up the phone and use Sunflower as an extension of your own team.

When we have received your event brief, we will assess the work required and provide a quote for the job, based on the number of days and level of event support you require. Any items we outsource for you are charged at cost with a management fee for our time.

Let us take away the stressful tasks that you loathe, free up your time to spend on the areas you enjoy, or if you prefer, leave the entire event in our capable hands.
